International Awareness and Involvement

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. promotes the healthy development of women and girls throughout the world with the development of projects such as the Ch'erette Elementary School in Haiti, I Can Fly High School in Kenya, Delta House Orphanage for Children of Victims of AIDs in Swaziland and Mary of the Sick Maternal Hospital in Kenya. Locally, we contribute money and supplies these international organizations. We also work with Gilead Sciences to create awareness of HIV/AIDS advancements and the Lions Club and other organizations to distribute used eyeglasses and shoes to uplift and empower impoverished communities around the world.
